President of Djibouti loses Facebook action

The High Court has struck out an application by the president of Djibouti to force Facebook to delete three accounts, which he alleged were used to make death threats against him.

Ismaïl Omar Guelleh, who has led the East African country since 1999, applied for a High Court injunction against Facebook Ireland in April.
