·         Stir the sauce until it boils, then remove it from the stove and leave it to cool until the pizza is done.

·         Dissolve the yeast in half a cup of warm water, add a pinch of sugar, then leave it covered for ten minutes until it ferments.

·         To make pizza dough, bring a deep bowl and put the flour and baking powder in it, then add the oil, yogurt, salt, and yeast.

·         Stir well with the spoon until the ingredients are incorporated, then let go of the spoon and start using your hands to form the dough.

·         Gradually add a cup of warm water to the dough and stir it with your hand until it becomes firm. And if the dough gets stuck to your hand, add more flour.

·         Leave the dough for an hour until it relaxes or becomes more fluffy.

·         Now divide the dough and spread it out on three circular trays.
